Personalized Father’s Day Gifts
Our family loves a reason to celebrate, so Father’s Day is just another great day to share our love and appreciation for all the fathers in our life! A lot of men don’t care all that much about this day and would be happy with a simple card or just a hug. But, as mentioned before, we love to celebrate so we do our best to shower our dads with love!
Since having our son, giving gifts for Fathers Day has been much more fun! I love to give gifts that are affordable but personal to each father. I am no master gift giver but am happy to share what I have given the past couple of Father’s Days for anyone who might want to use these ideas for any future holidays, birthdays, or Father’s Days!
For Dad:
Matching Shirts: These amazing duo shirts were found on Etsy! There are all types of different matching t-shirts, but this pair was perfect for my Star Wars guru husband.
“Dada” Easel: I made this personalized easel frame on Zazzle! There are countless gift ideas that can be personalized on this website!
DAD Picture: This DAD picture is a Pinterest favorite! I helped my sister-in-law do it for my brother with each of her kids, so I thought it would be the perfect gift for my husband’s first Father’s Day with our son! I just purchase a “D” and an “A” at Hobby Lobby then used our own camera at home to photograph him holding the letters. So sweet!
Willow Tree Figure: These faceless figurines are precious and sentimental gifts. I gave my husband the Willow Tree New Dad figure for his first Father’s Day. However, Willow Tree makes hundreds of figures and I have given several of them to other family members and close friends for different occasions in the past!
For Papas:
Personalized Mugs: I have bought many mugs with cute or funny sayings in the past, but I thought I’d give personalized mugs to the grandpas! I created these mugs on Etsy and they were made and delivered quickly! I gave “Hooked on Papa Teal” to my father-in-law who is an avid fisher. And I gave “President Papa” to my father who is about to be the next President of our Alma Mater.
Poem Pictures: I found this sweet poem called “What Papas Are Made Of” while searching for Father’s Day poems online. I was able to find an adorable framed version on Amazon, however it was not the right size for what I wanted to do with it. Instead, I typed it up myself and paired it with a personal picture of my son with each of his Papas!
Celebratory Dessert:
Whether homemade or store bought, nothing says “Let’s Celebrate” more than a delicious dessert! Our family always has some sort of cake or dessert at every celebration, and my personal favorite is a large icing-topped cookie cake!
